Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received;

Be returned in its original packaging;

Include all original accessories, manuals, inserts, and components (if applicable); and

Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

If your return request is approved, we will provide the applicable return address and return instructions. Do not send products to our business address. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense where permitted by applicable law.
2. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other non-refundable fees are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are adequately packaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Customers should inspect their order promptly upon delivery.
If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact hello@yeah-wow.com as soon as reasonably possible and provide sufficient information, including photographs where requested, to allow us to evaluate the claim.
If the claim is validated, we may, at our sole discretion and subject to applicable law, provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we do not accept returns of:

Personalized or custom-made products;

Gift cards;

Final sale or clearance items;

Perishable goods;

Products that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons after being opened or used; or

Any other products identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to obtain a different product, you must return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
6. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits, excludes, or modifies any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the country or jurisdiction in which the customer resides.
Where local consumer protection laws provide rights that are more favorable than this policy, those mandatory rights shall prevail to the extent required by law.
For customers located in the European Union and other jurisdictions providing a statutory withdrawal period, applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights shall apply in accordance with local law.
7. Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, financial institution, payment network, applicable regulatory requirements, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. While we will make reasonable efforts to process approved refunds without undue delay, we do not guarantee that a refund will be completed within any specific period.
